The staff is amazing!!
Wow, just wow! This is a great place to live and call home! The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful ... to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The management is absolutely outstanding. Would recommend this place to anyone!! Great Place to Call Home
The Landing at Willow Bayou is a wonderful place to live. The office and maintenance staff are wonderful and friendly. ... The day after I moved in my air conditioning went out, on a Saturday during quarantine. I was prepared to have to wait until at least Monday to have it fixed. That is exactly the opposite of what happened. Lekendric the maintenance supervisor came to my apartment to fix my a/c starting early that day. It had to thaw out because it had frozen up so it took a few hours to thaw out. Once thawed it took until 7pm to get it fully operational due to factors beyond Lekendric’s control. He could have left when it was time for him to get off of work but he didn’t, Lekendric stayed well past his required time to make sure my a/c was working and that I would be comfortable. Truly five star service. I can’t say enough about the maintenance staff here. The grounds are clean, there are places to walk your dog with waste bags and receptacles conveniently located. The grounds are well kept, the facilities are always updated and the community has many events. The weekly food trucks and the annual Crawfish dinner are two of our favorites. This was a wonderful place to live! Everything was kept up very nicely. The maintence fixed everything right away that very day. The ladies at the front office are so easy to work with and are very nice. It's a family and pet friendly environment that is very safe. The Crawfish boil in May is a lot of fun. The amenities like the resort style pool, tanning spa, and fitness center made my corporate stay for 3 months feel like vacation. I would highly recommend living at The Landing!
