The staff is amazing!!
Wow, just wow! This is a great place to live and call home! The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful ... to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The management is absolutely outstanding. Would recommend this place to anyone!! The Landing at Willow Bayou are awesome apartments. The office staff is amazing, Christie and Monica are always so helpful. ... Maintenance always addresses issues quickly and are friendly. The apartments are nice with updated amenities, the grounds are always landscaped. There's a pool, a gym, a playground and a dog park. Highly recommend for anyone interested. Great Place to Call Home
The Landing at Willow Bayou is a wonderful place to live. The office and maintenance staff are wonderful and friendly. ... The day after I moved in my air conditioning went out, on a Saturday during quarantine. I was prepared to have to wait until at least Monday to have it fixed. That is exactly the opposite of what happened. Lekendric the maintenance supervisor came to my apartment to fix my a/c starting early that day. It had to thaw out because it had frozen up so it took a few hours to thaw out. Once thawed it took until 7pm to get it fully operational due to factors beyond Lekendric’s control. He could have left when it was time for him to get off of work but he didn’t, Lekendric stayed well past his required time to make sure my a/c was working and that I would be comfortable. Truly five star service. I can’t say enough about the maintenance staff here. The grounds are clean, there are places to walk your dog with waste bags and receptacles conveniently located. We have lived here 8 years and really enjoy our apartment living. The Management, staff, and help, go out of their way to ... assist us on any situation. The grounds are well kept, the facilities are always updated and the community has many events. The weekly food trucks and the annual Crawfish dinner are two of our favorites.
