After an application is approved, you will be charged a one time reservtion fee of $175.00. Our office will then send you a welcome email with instructions on items you will need to complete before move in. The first item will be to pay your Lease term Fee. This fee of $125 or $250 is based on our 3rd party screening system. Once those are paid, our office will send you your lease to sign. The prorated rent, pet fees if you have pets, and prorated pet fee (if you have pets) are due before or on your move in day.

Renter's Insurance is required on all occupied units. Our community recommends Resident Shield, but you may use any insurance company. Requirements for renters insurance are as follows:$100,000 in liability coverage and $10,000 in personal property coverage.
